He communicates effectively about equipment needs, construction loads, access requirements, and restrictions. Bruce’s pivotal contributions have made a mark on projects like the Benicia Martinez Bridge, Tacoma Narrows Bridge, and Port Mann Bridge.

Lee Zink

Lee has more than 30 years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with specializations in project pursuits, structure design, construction planning and execution, client relations, and labor relations. Ralph Salamie, P.E.

Ralph has over 40 years of valuable experience in the segmental industry, with a special focus on cable-stayed and segmental bridges. He provides a contractor’s perspective and expertise in essential pre-construction tasks for project success, including contract and specification reviews, construction schedule analysis, labor agreement evaluation, and independent construction estimates. Ralph’s impressive portfolio includes notable projects such as the Tilikum Crossing Bridge, Farrington and Kamehameha Light Rail, Port Mann Bridge, and the LAX People Mover. Ralph is a licenses professional engineer in Missouri.

Reg Carson

Reg has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. His first-hand knowledge of the complexities of urban transportation work and environmental conditions makes him a valuable advisor to project teams on risk, means and methods, and project approach. His resume includes three unique mechanical superstructure bridges in Washington including South Park Bridge for King County, Bonneville Swing Bridge, and West Seattle Swing Bridge Phase 2. Other notable projects include the Bayonne Bridge and the Goethals Bridge.

Ross Gilmour, P.Eng, PE

Ross has 39 years of experience in project management, engineering, design, estimating, and construction. He has worked on various design-build infrastructure projects in Canada and the US, including the Port Mann Bridge, Pitt River Bridge & Mary Hill Interchange Project, Confederation Bridge Project, and the USD Downtown Seattle Bus Tunnel. Ross is a licensed professional engineer in WA.

Ed Ritchie

Ed has over 50 years of experience in design, construction operations, constructability/quality management, hard dollar cost estimating, claims, arbitrations, dispute resolution, engineering, and design-build. He has been instrumental in the success of several high-profile projects, including the Seattle Transit Tunnel, Twin Peaks Tunnel, SANDAG Program, and Gordie Howe International Bridge.

Drew has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, specializing in means and methods of construction, pre-construction scheduling, and project risk analysis. Notable projects he’s been involved in include the replacement of BNSF Bridge 66.4, Woods Hole Terminal Reconstruction, Raising of the Bayonne Bridge, and SR 520 Pontoon Casting.

Mike Schoeff

Dawn has more than 30 years of experience in construction. She’s an expert in cost estimation and scheduling. She’s led important projects like the Tacoma Narrows Bridge, Sea-to-Sky Highway Improvements, San Mateo 101 Highway Widening, and Salton Sea Habitat Conservation. She is a licensed professional engineer in Alaska.

Russ Winger

Russ has over 4 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in detailed project takeoffs using Trimble 3D and Rhino3D to develop models. Russ also uses these tools to estimate and schedule the work, including the sequencing of tasks. He has contributed to notable projects such as the Gordie Howe International Bridge, I-105 Express Lanes, Poseidon Intake Structure, and Port of Kalama Pedestrian Bridge Replacement.

Mathers Heuck, P.E.

Mathers has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry.
