Ralph is a licenses professional engineer in Missouri.

Reg Carson

Reg has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. His first-hand knowledge of the complexities of urban transportation work and environmental conditions makes him a valuable advisor to project teams on risk, means and methods, and project approach. His resume includes three unique mechanical superstructure bridges in Washington including South Park Bridge for King County, Bonneville Swing Bridge, and West Seattle Swing Bridge Phase 2.
